1. Introduction

This document sets out the principles of collecting, processing and protecting the personal data of users of the LetzSave application. We care about the security and confidentiality of your data, collecting only the necessary scope to provide services.

2. Data Controller

The controller of your personal data is Adrian Skowron, conducting business under the name Adrian Skowron, with registered office at ul. Cechowa 4H/2, 30-614 Kraków, registered in the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity, NIP 6793172620.

3. Scope of Data Collected

We collect and process only data necessary to provide the service, including:

  • Email address (account login)
  • Budget data entered by the user (exclusively for private purposes and not shared with third parties)

4. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing

  • Service provision: data processing to enable login and use of the application – basis: contract performance.
  • User communication: contact regarding account support – basis: legitimate interest.
  • Payment processing and notification sending: cooperation with external email and payment services – basis: contract performance.

5. Data Sharing

Data may be transferred only to entities necessary for proper service provision, e.g. email services and payment systems, while maintaining the principle of minimizing transferred information.

6. Retention Period

We store data only as long as necessary to achieve the purposes, and then it is deleted or anonymized, taking into account legal requirements (e.g. regarding the storage of financial documents).

7. Rights of Data Subjects

You have the right to:

  • Access to data
  • Rectification and deletion of data ("Delete account" function in the application or contact us)
  • Restriction of processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent to processing (if given)
  • Object to processing. We process requests immediately, no later than within 30 days.

8. Cookies

The application uses "cookies" files necessary for maintaining user sessions (login). You can delete or block them in your browser settings, which may however prevent the use of some functions.

9. Confidentiality of Non-Personal Data

All budget data entered by the user is private, not analyzed or shared by the administrator, unless the user uses the budget sharing function.

10. Final Provisions

In matters not regulated, the provisions of GDPR and Polish law apply. We reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy – we will inform users about each change through the application.
